A mantra is a sound, syllable, , or group of words that are considered capable of "creating transformation". The energy of the mantra will function as a magnet to attract a certain kind of spiritual vibration.

In Sanskrit “Man” means “to think” and “tra” comes from “trai” witch means “to protect” or “to deliberate”.
Therefore "mantra" means "the thinking that protects and deliberates".
Singing or reciting of a mantra activates the mental power of creation and enhances harmony in all aspects of the human being.
